ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I was very specific when hiring MoverJet Logistics to move 3 vehicles from coast to coast. I made sure my agent was fully aware as to what condition all vehicles were in and the time line we were working with. There was a little back and forth to work around my specific requests and vehicle issues, but at the end I was assured there would be no issues accommodating. I even made a bulleted list to confirm every aspect of this transaction with my agent in which he confirmed again that everything would be taken care of. The cars were supposed to be picked up on a Saturday morning due to work. Once the company MoverJet hired to do the job contacted us, he informed us that he could not pick up the vehicle on the weekend and that it would have to be on Monday. Which we accommodated to as long as they picked up after business hours. Then Monday morning comes and as I am leaving for work at about 9:30am, theres the moving truck outside my door trying to pick up the vehicles. I then informed him that he wasn't supposed to come until after 6pm, in which he informed me no one told him such information. Seeing as no one told him that information, I wanted to clarify that he knew he was picking up a vehicle in which didn't run. Surprise, he wasn't aware of that either. So the driver then left my residence fully aware of the task ahead of him. He arrives at about 7pm that evening to pick up the vehicles. After about an hour and a half of back and forth and talking with his boss he decides he is not comfortable trying to load the non moving vehicle onto his truck in which wed have to push on. He then informed us that he is going to take the two running vehicles and that his boss would be by tomorrow, Tuesday, to pick up the non moving vehicle on a truck with a wench, and once again reassured us ALL of the vehicles would be delivered on time. We were understanding with this entire situation even though this company should have came prepared to pick up a non moving vehicle seeing as we informed MoverJet as such from the get go. Tuesday, came and went, we called, texted, called and texted some more, even waited up till Midnight to just be completely blown off without the decency to even let us know they weren't going to make it that night. Wednesday, yet again up til midnight waiting, hoping, calling, texting, and still nothing, the boss would answer and say " ill call you shortly" and yet never call. So then Thursday, 4 days before the cars were supposed to be delivered on the complete other coast of the United States, when then had to contact MoverJet to insure that the vehicle would in fact be picked up and delivered on time. Once again we were reassured that they were going to put a team of drivers on to drive non stop and get this vehicle where it needed to be on time, since it was their wrong doing and not ours. I could have ignored all of this if it were the end. But it seems they like to tell you whatever makes you happy until they collect your belongings. The two cars on the original shipment made it on time, but were in fact dented in the process, not to mention had hand prints ALL over the vehicles. Then the headache really begun. Trying to get ahold of this company MoverJet hired was the worst EVER. The "boss" would ignore the majority of texts and calls, would promise us information and not get it back to us for days after we hounded him over and over again to just inform us where the vehicle is. We had booked flights, rental cars, dog sitters, and time off of work, which they had a blatant disregard for, all we wanted was reliable information so we could make the necessary changes. We were informed Monday, two days after the other vehicles arrived that the truck was in Nebraska and should be there by Wednesday. Which we found out was a lie, because once we obtained the drivers number, two days later, he actually informed us that the truck has been broken down and they don't know when itll be fixed. Not to mention, there was one driver not a team so it would still take him 4 days to get from Nebraska to the destination. Here we are now a week after the other cars delivery, which were all supposed to be on the same shipment, the truck is STILL stuck in Nebraska with absolutely no say as to when/if the truck will be fixed and back on the road. We have called MoverJet multiple times throughout this process trying to get a solution to the shit storm were dealing with, in which they informed us there was nothing they could do and hung up on us. So now, ive lost over $2000 due to these inconveniences and they could care less. I am constantly fed lies and still no idea when my car will ever be delivered. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in all aspects and if I could go to Nebraska and get my car myself at this point I would, but I feel completely taken advantage of and at a loss as to how I am going to reobtain possession of my vehicle. If reliable communication, transportation and professionalism is what youre looking for, keep looking because with MoverJet you will be left high and dry.

All instructions were left to the carrier in dispatch sheet, the carrier confirmed that he got it. Our company was giving updates to the customer all the time. Unfortunately carrier broke down. We influenced on carrier as much as we could. So right now the carrier has to deliver the last vehicle tomorrow. Both the customer and our company are waiting for him to make it happen with promised rebate. Our company will consider the case resolved only once the carrier delivers the car as he promised yesterday. We do not leave aour clients stranded.
