If I could make it zero I would. The worst communication from any transport company I have ever had. Car was to be delivered in three days...it finally came after two weeks following the transporter breaking down and having my car impounded because trailer broke down in the middle of highway. I thought at multiple times during the process, my car had actually been stolen and I’d never get delivery. It was literally that bad. Multiple calls to mover jet logistics not returned. Complete amateur operation that seemed to be run by shady people with foreign accents. Repeated requests for a refund were met with flaky return calls with ridiculous justification and promises of managers calling me back that never did. I Will never do business with them again and would recommend the same for anyone considering using them. They are simply a third party who finds the cheapest transporter with no regard to the quality of that transporters reputation. Mover jet logistics is the worst of the worst when it comes to customer service. Trust me. Any issue you have they will not resolve.
