I used MoverJet logistics to transport a 2012 Mini Roadster that I purchased out of state. I bought the car from a dealership in Chicago, and needed it transported to Utah. The guy I worked with sort of had an accent, and I could hear a lot of background noise from other people in the office, so I was a little worried. It seemed a little sketchy, I suppose? But in all honesty, the experience was flawless. The guy was extremely persistent to get my ride transported to me on quickly. We're talking laser focused. Almost scary how committed he was. I'm not kidding in the slightest, the SECOND I signed the contract, he had a trucker lined up to pick up my car. I literally pressed the button to sign the contract while I was eating at a restaurant, and received a phone call from MoverJet within 10 seconds saying that he noticed I signed the contract and he had a trucker lined up to grab my car. The first trucker didn't work out, because of the nature of the trucking industry, but my guy immediately found another trucker, and the car actually got to my house a day EARLIER than I expected. I was totally shocked. It literally got from Chicago to my front door within 2 days of me signing the agreement. I shopped around before deciding to go with MoverJet. I received quotes from like 10 different transport companies. MoverJet had probably the third best price, and it was really only like $80 more expensive than the cheapest quote I received. The other guys were cheaper, but had horrible reviews. I went with MoverJet because it was still extremely reasonably priced, and had great reviews. I got my car in two days without any undocumented scratches on it. It was the first time I ever saw the car in person, so of course every scratch was news to me. However, every scratch that was on the car was previously documented before the car was picked up. The trucker clearly handled it with care and did not add any damage to the vehicle. Overall, it was in perfect condition when I received it. I'm not sure if I got lucky, but so far I'd definitely go with MoverJet again if I ever need to transport a vehicle.
