Increased Original Contract Price on Delivery

When MoveAuto.Net could not find a driver for the quote they gave us of $545, they increased the amount on the transport board to find a driver. We were never contacted to let us know it was now going to be $800 instead of $545 and we did not have a chance to find a different company or agree to the increase in price. The contract was never signed and Faxed back to them (my error) but they allowed the driver to pick up the car anyway and never did contact us. They sent the new updated contract the morning of delivery and said that if I didn't pay the driver the new price they would have my car taken to a terminal which would cost $175 additional plus $25 per day until we did pay them and then an additional price to transport it back to us.
I did not have any choice but to pay the driver, as he was not involved and had a contract with MoveAuto to keep.
I put in a dispute with PayPal to get my $200 back that I had given them for a deposit and was called a theif because of it by Andy and he threatened to call the local police on me if I did not pay.
What kind of business is this? They still do not have a signed contract as I never did sign one and wrote on the delivery that the price was in dispute. I will never be able to get my money back but I want others to know how they deal with people. The driver said he would no longer do business with them either.
