This was the worst experience ever! Needed to ship my car form NM to OR signed a contract with them for $800 pick up on a specific date drop off on a specific date at specific address. The day before pick up I got a call saying trailer broke down in the middle of nowhere and wouldn’t come to pick up my car. I asked how long it would take to get my car picked up and wasn’t given much answer. About 30 min later I get a call a trailer can come within 2h for $1500. I first declined saying I would look later for better price. (Even if I was still moving the following day a friend could be there when my car gets pick up) but they told me now later this week or next week is gonna be even more expensively $1500 is the best price you can get right now and you need to be there to sign car release. After talking with my husband we decided to take that offer just to be done with the headache. We made sure car wouldn’t be delivered before the specific day we wanted and we’re told yes it’s still fine. When the driver arrives I tell him I won’t be there (at the delivery address before that day) he told me totally fine I should arrive the night before so I can wait. But it was beginning of a long nightmare. My car was delivered 2 days earlier at the wrong address. I had to bed driver to go back finding the property owner where he left my car (with keys inside!) and let them know the delivery went wrong not to tow my car away. Because he didn’t think of letting a note. When I called movewheels about it they didn’t seem to care at all like”omg, but not my problem”. And then started to see weird charges popping on my CC statement from them. Way over what we agreed upon. So I called my bank to dispute all the weird charges. And now in a battle to see those charges (and pending charges) gone. Do not use them!
