I had a 2007 911 Porsche turbo shipped by BWT group llc dba MoveWheels.com The car arrived while the weather conditions were rainy that day. I noticed a truck was situated above my car in the transport trailer. I noticed a few oil spots with the wet surface on the hood of this collector’s car and proceeded to take delivery of the vehicle in the rain. The next day I noticed an obvious white calcified hood paint damage with what appeared to be something “dripping” from the truck onto the hood on my collectors vehicle. I proceeded to contact Michel Amaro who handed the complaints to a female at 786-344-5344. We texted back and forth with pictures of the damaged hood, video of the car prior to getting on their truck and pictures post-delivery. I amicable requested for them to pay for a car wash to possibly have this calcified dripping residue removed from the hood. I never heard back from her after she agreed to contact me after discussing with higher management. She never called me back and I called back a week later, she proceeded to tell me “We don’t see the damage…we’re not paying for it” and ultimately “I wasn’t going to call you back, you can do whatever you want to do” I have since tried to clean the dripping fluid that led to hood pain damage but unable to do so. Very Disappointed in this service, DO NOT use them for any of your car transport needs (see the list of complaints on BBB website)
