I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received at Move On Time Transporters. From the quote request on the transport website which came in well under many other transporters to the actual delivery of the vehicle; Desiree was there for me.
She took my calls when the pre-shipping repairs took longer than expected, and I called to verify that the shipping quote was still good. She explained all of the possibilities in the process of shipping the truck, and she just basically held my hand.

My truck was shipped to Springfield IL from Houiston TX. We confirmed the reservation and paid the deposit on Tuesday afternoon. On Wednesday afternoon we got a call that we had a driver, and he was ready to pick-up the truck that day, and it would be delivered Friday afternoon. This was the first day of our window for pickup. The price was confirmed, and I was given his company name and telephone number. He arrived and he was courteous and professional. He inspected the vehicle with me discussing everything he saw. He delivered the vehicle in excellent condition in just 48 hours. He called to verify dropoff address and time.

I would recommend M0VE ON TIME and Desiree without reservation to anyone plann ing to ship a vehicle. They made it a very positive experience.
