First of all the driver was a day late when he came to pick up the car,and on top of that when he did came it was almost 10 o'clock at night. He brought a flat bed with him,I was fine about it because triple A has tow my car plenty of time on a flat bed and never had a problem. The driver parked his truck on a slight hill and I figured he knew what he was doing. As soon as he drove my car onto the flat bed the whole bottom end of my car was scratched up. I was upset and told him to call his boss to see what we can do about this problem. He got his boss on the phone and I spoke with him,he was very rude to me and made it seem as if it was my fault. So I decided not to let him transport the car anymore.I called the rep name Leroy the next morning. I spoke with him and it turns out that I can not get my money back and now my car is still damaged and still sitting in my driveway. Yes my car is modified it does have a body kit on it but the car is not lowered to the ground. Any high end sports car is lower than my car and to blame it on my body kit on my car is just poor customer service and not wanting to take the blame for it. I did tell the rep before we made arrangements on moving my car that there was a body kit on it, and he did noted it on the paper work. But now that my car is damaged it's my fault now that I have a body kit on the car. So I lose out on money and my car is damaged.

This is worst company to deal with I DO NOT suggest anyone to use this company.
They are not on time as their company name suggest it to be and does not take responsibility for their action.

The dispute was that the driver annotated the damage on the Bill of Lading BEFORE the vehicle was loaded. After it was on the truck this customer tried to blame the driver. Because of the dispute the customer refused service and he paid a dry run fee which was more then the amount of the deposit but to avoid further problems we covered the remaining balance.
