Delivery was late

The delivery of my car was scheduled for a Monday. The driver from Six Nations Transport called me on Sunday and said that the car would not be delivered on Monday, due to other things he needed to take care of. He was rude and didn't seem to care that I changed my work schedule around to be able to take receipt of the vehicle on Monday. I was forced to change my work schedule again on Tuesday to meet the driver and receive our car.

I requested that the Move My Automobile representative reach out to Six Nations Transport and ask for some type of compensation for my inconvenience. The representative did give Six Nations a negative rating, however it was a requirement that a detailed complaint be submitted by me within 24 hours of the negative rating. The representative from Move My Automobile only gave me a few hours to reply with my written concerns, of which, I did however they were not submitted until the next morning.

I feel that I should have been notified sooner in the process of the 24 hour requirement, however, more importantly, feel that my Move My Automobile representative should have known my concerns and been able to provide that detail to the Six Nations Transport company.
