My first impression was a bit skeptic especially by doing everything by phone after submitting my application online. After a few hours my phone was ringing off the hook and after countless calls, Aice caught my attention. Great customer service, very stern, direct, and just straight forward. I was sold! She came through and all promises were made just as promised and I am current driving my car given from my brother in California in the roads of Texas.
