Very irresponsible transport company.

Motor movers Auto transport is one of the Most unprofessional movers I have ever used. I place a order with them to move one of my trucks across the state and I regret it. They sent me a order conformation saying they will haul it, which they never end up doing. I turned down alot of other offers to honor our deal and they stiffed me....

The day of pickup time comes and no driver shows up. I call them and they say they haven't found a driver yet. It seems that if they are sending out order confirmations they should have drivers in line before the day it's supposed to be picked up. But thats how they run their unprofessional business.

You can notice I had to call them when the pickup time came and passed. If I didn't I would have had my employees out in the Washington pouring down rain all day. I talked to Jon ,I think, the second time I called and he told me to "f" off and send the invoices for my employees to his attorney. You never say that to a customer.

So basically I would not recommend using this company if you have any money on the line because they will leave you out to dry and you'll be out your hard earned money like myself. I hate companies that do not appreciate another mans time and money.

Do NOT use MOTOR MOVERS ATUO TRANSPORT if you want the job completed.

Mr. Johnson We apologize to you for having such hard feelings that you would use Inappropriate Language with our staff. This is the reason why we cancelled your order. In the service business it becomes very hard to work with people that don't listen and read all of the information that we provide. Again we are sorry that we were forced to end our business with you, and we hope you learn not to curse with people that are working to assist you. Best wishes in the future.
