Poor care and unprofessional

This company was the carrier for transporting my car from Oregon to Connecticut. The car was delivered early but with only 20 minutes notice when we had been assured that we would have a day notice. But then they told us they had it there three days earlier. The car was driven from Massachusetts to Connecticut for delivery, when it was contracted to be transported the whole way. It was almost out of gas but had been picked up with more than half a tank full, and the driver admitted driving almost two hours in it. An in-dash storage lid was broken and the windshield wipers did not work when the car was delivered and both had been in complete working order when picked up. The dash damage was particularly troubling because someone had to have exerted a lot of force from inside the car to break it. The delivery driver was rude, pushy and threatening and very erratic and unprofessional. I would never consider using this company again and if I ever transport a car in the future I will thoroughly check out the carrier first, not just the agent arranging the transport.
