I hired Monzon Auto Transport LLC (Angel Melendez) to transport our car fron NY to TX. The car was damaged (more than $4000 will cost to repair it) and I claimed the damages through Mr. Melendez's insurance. The insurance company settled with me but said he has a $2,500 deductible he needs to pay but Angel Melendez (driver and owner of Monzon Auto Transport) refuses to pay. He claims whatever the insurance gave me okay and he has no responsibility to pay. He promised me that he won't pay a penny and told me he wont be answering any of my calls. I noticed that other people have experienced the same situation with the same company Monzon (Angel Melendez). Please avoid contracting/hiring Monzon Auto Transport (Angel Melendez) for your own good. Do not transport anything with Monzon Auto transport's cover company Auto Transport 123 in New York as they are his servicing agents. Auto Transport 123 acts as the middle man and an broker/agent for Monzon Auto Transport and they are just as rude as him and won't pay for the damages. Now I am stuck in TX with no car, no money and no help from anyone.
