I had my car picked up at 1288 Sheridan Drive in kenmore, New York on December 4, 2017 at 1288
and I was promise to have it at Miami Beach on December 8, 2017, I did not recieve my car until December 15,2017 at 9:08 am Friday.
THE Problem:
I called Montway Auto transport on the December 8, 2017 and asked about the car being deliver, and was told the driver was delayed, so I am thinking it may be weather related which is understandable and I would have it on December 9.2017 I call on that day then told I would get it on December 10 or December 11, still no car, I called again and was told the truck broke down and as soon as the truck is fixed I would have my car later that day, still no car. I also ask for pictures I have recieve excuse after excuse have called the company Montway Auto Transport at least 3 to 4 times aday and on each day
on December 11, 2017 I was told I have my car in the afternoon evening came no car, I was told 3 hours I would get my car because the the trucking company AAIZ Tranport Service was was working on
the electrical part of the truck and could not bring the car down, still no car, on December 12 I called in the morning and said I will get it later this that morning, no car, I called Montway Auto Transport and was told later that day, NO CAR, I called again on December 13, 2017, in the morning and was told they are finishing up the truck, finish up the truck????and I would have my car in 3 hours, still no car
I called again same day and was told they will be at my detination in 2 hours, no car, I called again and Montway Auto Transport and AAZIZ Transport Service and told later that day, (you guess it NO Car)
As soon as Montway Auto Transport open I called again on December 14, and was told the truck was ready and they are testing it and my car will be on the the way, I called back at 10:34am, 1:23pm, 5:16pm NO CAR montway Auto Transport did call me at 2:35pm, 3:36pm, and 6:03pm and each time I was told my car was on the way, I called AZZIZ Transport Service and they said a driver will drive my car to me after a statement was made that my acr was the only one going to Miami Beach and it was not worth the trip now they were in Fort Lauderdale, close, no car, not only were MONTWAY AUTO
TRANSPORT AND AZZIA TRANSPORT SERVICE COST ME MONEY BUT THE DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE DID NOT HAPPEN I HAD TO WALK 3 BLOCK UP AND ONE BLOCK OVER TO GET MY CAR, I havve a hanidicap sticter in my car for a reason, now I amd down because of my knee, I lost money because neither company was honest with me from the the begining, from December 8, 2017 to December 15, 2017I was told each day I would get my car in 3 hours finally on December 15, 2017 I got my car
after I had to walk blocks to receive it.

after I had to walk blocks to receive it. they have the nerve to ask for a trucker to drive it to me, and he was worried about traffic on 95, and no one wanted responsibility for it.

We apologize for the inconvenience, Victoria. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee when a carrier's hauler breaks down. Also, a carrier may not be able to deliver to your exact location due to low hanging tree branches, low hanging wires, narrow streets, or zoning restrictions. This is for the safety of your vehicle.
