Just a pleasure to work with - the customer service chat and telephone were both extremely helpful. All questions were answered promptly. Montway's communications are first class with notifications every step of the process. The trucking firm and driver appeared to be first class with the driver communicating well both for pickup and drop-off. In all, couldn't be more pleased.
