The carrier selected by Montway damaged my car during transportation. Montway doesn't feel responsible for the issue and while they provide guidance on how to resolve the claim, the trucking company is not responding to the inquiries. The carrier's insurance company already paid me their share of the claim but I can't collect a $1,000 deductible. The company owner doesn't answer calls nor respond to e-mails, and Montway is washing their hands clean.
