I stressed a number of times that my car could not be delivered before my scheduled delivery date. The representative reassured me he would make it happen and he kept his word! The driver also had great communication and worked with my pick-up/drop-off schedule. After having terrible experiences with car shipping in the past, it is nice to have a company that actually cares about listening to the customer.
