Will say anything to get your business - then do nothing for you!

TERRIBLE customer service. Picked up my car 2 weeks after they said they would (a week past the latest date they said). Every time they missed a deadline, no contact from them - I had to be the one initiating all contact. Then when I gave them a bad review, they gave a bad review to me in retaliation - no reason, other than I gave THEM a bad review! Avoid at all costs! Don't use this broker - do directly to the hauler!
They make lots of promises verbally and when answering questions through email, then point to disclaimers they send AFTER you book them!

We thank you for your feedback as we have explained with USHIP the customer provided a negative rating we responded to it as we are doing here. Please allow me to explain Please note that Montway dates are estimated and not guaranteed, we do ask for 1-5 business days after the first available date to find a carrier.We are transparent with these terms as they are on our uship profile & written communication.The orders first available date was 5/13,the vehicle was dispatched 5/18 with pick up for 5/27 and delivery 6/1. We have tried to come to a mutual agreement with the customer in which he refuses. Thank you
