Overall the transport experience was good. My one complaint was that the fee increased from $1029 to $1149. The customer service people at Montway were good and kept in contact with me until the car was picked up. The truck driver (Bart Pritz, from Skypoint Transit) was fantastic. He kept texting me as to his progress until he dropped the car off at my Son-In-Laws house in Wisconsin. He also contacted my son-in-law a few hours before he arrived. I was very happy with the whole experience.
