Montway took us for a ride all right, but our car was still here! First, they squeezed more money out of us - did not honor their quote. Then they set the pickup time 3 different times, and nothing happened. We spent six days waiting around for pickup. Montway staff broke promises to call back, give us incorrect phone numbers, and provide no customer service. We had to keep rearranging plans to have the car met on the receiving end. All the while, we could never reach the same Montway staff member twice - we were always told they were "unavailable." Dispatch gave us to different carriers, and they all said Montway was the worst! Finally we reached a staff member named Corey, and after that things went smoothly. Up until we got Corey, Montway was a nightmare. Avoid if at all possible.

Whether good or bad we welcome any recommendations that help to improve the quality of our services for our customers. Please note that all service dates in the auto transport industry are estimated and cannot be guaranteed due to the dynamic and ever-changing driver schedules. Traffic delays, detours, speed limits, weather delays, mandatory rest stops, pickup/delivery client availability delays, weight station checkups, police inspections, truck breakdowns, driver's health issues, are just some of the issues that cannot be anticipated. We understand this is potentially inconvenient for customers. Please note we estimate assigning a carrier within 1 to 5 business days. Even though our estimations are highly accurate, just over 95%, we still inform customers we can only provide estimated dates. We want our customers to be clear on these terms so they can make any necessary personal arrangements. Thus the provided estimated dates could vary by several days. We understand that this caused inconveniences for you and we sincerely apologize, as we try to make sure the transit goes as smooth as possible. Our customer Stanley O had a first available pick up date of 5/15/2017. On 5/18/2017 we presented the customer Stanley O with an option of a carrier to transport his vehicle That was only an optional offer, and if you did not want to go with this carrier, we would decline their request and continue working on assigning a carrier for the original price. We always want to make the customer aware of all available options and it is the customer's choice to proceed with the final schedule. The customer did agree to that option and we did assign that carrier on 05/18/2017 which was within the 1-5 business days. We don’t understand what this person that wrote this review is stating about some of our staff not being available. We were in constant contact with the customer until delivery.
