My driver was awesome, no issues with him. Montway first scheduled me on an open carrier after I had paid for an enclosed one. Luckily I caught this error but it also tacked on additional days to my pickup and I'd already bought a non-refundable airline ticket to be there for original pick-up day (long story but it was a inherited vehicle a few states away and no one had access to it but me). Oh and the rep I called argued with me saying I hadn't paid for enclosed- until I asked him for his email so I could send him my confirmation that clearly showed enclosed. My new driver did call wanting to pick up 3 days earlier than what Montway told me after they rescheduled me for an enclosed- and I was able to make it work by sending another family member the keys overnight and getting them a flight up to meet the driver. Despite conversations early on with Montway before booking that I'd need 48 hours notice (to fly out), subsequent reps told me it was essentially impossible and I'd have to be ok with 24 hours notice if I ever hoped to get on a carrier. It would have been nice to work with one person the whole way through and be told the same thing consistently. Some of the reps were good and some obviously were not. My driver (ELT Transport) was very professional and nice. Car arrived in perfect condition.
