Montway knew at the time I placed the order that they were picking up where a competitor carrier failed to get the job done. The car had been sitting at another shipping terminal for more than two weeks by the time Montway got to the car. Despite informing Montway of the stringent hours of the pick up terminal, Montway failed to properly own that fact which ultimately, forced my vehicle to remain dormant over a weekend, adding another two days to the delivery date. The car was delivered to its destination in two days once it left the terminal. Candidly, I received better service from the car carrier driver than the Montway office representatives. Montway could have done a better job communicating and adhering to their promises.
