Great experience

Montway was pleasant to work with over the phone, very responsive and their website is really nice and easy to use. They provide frequent updates on the status of the vehicle which I really appreciated. My only reason for docking one star was regarding the bill of lading. During both the pickup and delivery, the bill was on an iPad or phone, and there was no option to record on the bill any damage to the vehicle. Montway has information on their website describing the importance of the bill of lading, however it doesn't seem like this is communicated to the carrier. At least not in my case, with Heart Transportation LLC. They had to email a copy of the bill to us, which also came with issues. In my case, there was no damage to the vehicle so this was not a concern. Otherwise it was a great experience.
