My car was picked up late but only due to adverse weather conditions. Dispatch immediately called and notified me of delay. They picked up and transported quickly. I received my car on time. There was some oil dropped on my hood from a vehicle above it but it's wrapped so it came clean. I would recommending throwing some type of canvas or installing some type of catch for the cars up top to avoid any fluids, especially corrosive ones dripping on clients expensive cars. I am overall satisfied with my service.
