The driver was nice and answered his phone every time I called. The CS rep I spoke to first was nice and offered me a discount. I then had to change my drop off location to about 40 miles east and there was a $100 increase which I found shocking, especially when I found out the driver actually lived closer to the 2nd location. But overall, happy with service.
