contact center was very helpful. move was timely and arrived even before my stuff arrived on a major van line. my only complaint is that the driver did not arrive at our specified pick up location but instead was at a nearby larger parking lot. That would have been fine if I had known that was the meeting place but caused frustration and confusion the day of. other than that, everything was great!
