I had a good experience using Montway's transport services. The guy I talked to on the phone to set it up was super nice and understanding. He made sure I chose good dates and times so that i would have a better chance at finding a truck to transport my car. The trucker was a few hours late but it wasn't a big deal. My customer service rep Betty was very on top of things and let me know when my car would be delivered. The truck ended up breaking down at another city so my car wasn't delivered until the day after. I don't blame the company for this. Overall my experience was good and I would definitely recommend this carrier to a friend.
