I worked with Phil Goode on the details of shipping my car from CA to MN. Out of all the price quotes I received from different shipping companies, Montway gave me the lowest. I was worried that it would be higher since it had been more than a week before I was able to call them back, but Phil honored the original quote, which I appreciated.

Phil gave me a lot of information, explaining the company's process for finding a driver, the timeline for picking up and dropping off my car, how they would charge me, as well as giving me the handy information that I could store up to 100 lbs of things in my trunk.

He also dispelled my fear about the stories I read of drivers who demanded more money before dropping off the car (according to him, this is due to customers who didn't adhere to the storage limit and stored big items in their back or front seats, which isn't allowed).

The driver, Jason, was polite and courteous, and very clear about his timeline for pick-up. He called and left me a message a few days before my car would be dropped off, and my friend received it without any trouble.

Montway did an excellent job and I will definitely use them again if I need to in the future (as well as recommend them to my friends)!
