My brother mentioned UShip over a year ago. I was intrigued by the concept but never expected to use the service. Then I purchased a car and wanted it shipped to me.

Montway submitted the first bid in the auction. I asked a question about their bid by email, and their response to me was within the hour. Every time I emailed or called their office, regardless of the time day or night, their response time was amazing. I buy many items online. I find most online customer service to be slow, usually a 24-hour response time.

In the bidding process, Montway offered the best bid for all the services I wanted. Their transport carrier was personable, well groomed and responsible.

You will note that Montway strives to provide 5-star service. My experience with them was 5-star plus.
