Montway Auto offered me a VERY reasonable price, and the most competitive bid on the shipment of my vehicle for my move.

They were helpful in working with me to figure out what a realistic first available date would be for pick up for me, as I was trying to wrap up my affairs in Florida, before I flew out to my new home in Arizona. They offered me two carriers before the date I was able to be without my car, but I think that was just because they wanted to get my vehicle shipment scheduled.

The driver who took my vehicle arrived within half an hour of when he told me he would be at my house. I was not on a tight schedule, so this delay was not a problem.

Once the driver arrived he was friendly, courteous, and quick. He also informed me that my vehicle would be arriving within three to four days! This was very quick for the distance he was transporting.

Three days later he called us in Arizona and let us know that he was about three hours away and wanted to check and make sure we would be home to receive the delivery. The call was very helpful in scheduling our evening. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with what happened next. He called right around the time he was supposed to be at the house to drop off the vehicle (9pm) and informed us that he was about 35-40minutes away in Chandler and would not be able to bring me my car. We then had to drive the 35minutes to the Auto auction place where he was in Chandler and pick up my car ourselves.

If it were not for the lack of door to door service on the delivery, I would have given Montway a higher rating. All in all, I got my car shipped quickly and for a good price.
