The vehicle was to be delivered to the Canadian border on a day which would not work for me. I accepted the offer to pick up the vehicle in another location about an hour and a half south of the paid drop off point. I did fly in and picked up the vehicle, which was in great shape. I was a bit disappointed that the trucking company did not offer to deliver on another day, or to give me a bit of a credit for not delivering at the border. I would have also been nice if they had offered to pick my wife and I up at the airport.
Overall a positive experience and I would likely hire the same broker and trucking firm again in the future.
