Would DEFINITELY Use Monster Auto Again

I was originally a skeptic when it comes to auto transportation - I have heard a lot of horror stories about vehicles being stolen, damaged or are days/weeks late in arrival, etc. But Monster Auto Transport really changed my point of view on this when we transported our Ford Explorer from Sonoma to Chicago this fall.

David and Letty from Monster Auto were extremely helpful on the phone and the quote I got from them was extremely competitive and reasonable considering the distance the car was going to travel. I got the impression they are good, honest people who just want to do a good job for their clients. The information I got from them was very informative with no hidden fees or agendas, and they kept me informed all the way up till the day the car was going to be picked up. They worked closely with our time line and they did not take a credit card deposit from me until they had a truck and driver lined up for us.

On the day of the pickup, the driver (Angelo) was extremely punctual - he called an hour ahead of his arrival time to confirm we were going to be at home, and he was on time. We signed all the paperwork and everything was on the truck within 20 minutes of his arrival. Angelo called a couple of days later to inform us he was having troubles with his truck, and he told us he was going to be a day late arriving to Chicago which was definitely OK with us because he set expectations outright and let us know where he was. He was honest with his arrival time, and the truth is, as long as we know what to expect, we are OK with the very minor delay. The car arrived in great condition, and the transaction was as fast and smooth as I could have ever hoped.

So, THANK YOU Monster Auto Transport for making this so easy and affordable for us. I will definitely be using you again on our next move!
