When Evergreen Auto Transport told us that Rick from Midwest Auto Express would be contacting us about picking up the truck that we had purchased we didn't know what to expect. We were given his name and phone number and were told he would be contacting us soon. Rick's dispatcher called us and confirmed the pick up date and delivery and the fee and also gave us Rick's number. Rick called us soon after and kept in contact us every step of the way from before the pickup, at the pickup, after the pickup, and also along the way. We couldn't believe how nice he was, and even told us about the condition of the truck. He spent a lot of time going over the truck with the previous owner who we were buying the truck from and called us to make sure we were aware of every imperfection that he saw. We feel he went beyond what the typical driver would do. Christmas eve was one day away and he was in no hurry to get home, he wanted to make sure we were happy with the transaction in every way, and took the time to make sure that we were. This was a Christmas present for our 16 year old son and were worried that it wouldn't arrive before the holiday. We were assured from day one Rick would have it there on time and he did, with a smile!!!! We will tell our friends about Evergreen Auto Transport and Midwest Auto Exress and their great customer service and their wonderful employees!! They really care about about their customers and have the best prices that we found.
