The company delivered the car 5 days later than originally promised, lied about the location of the car and when it would arrive. I made several calls to the company to check the status and they would not confirm the location of the car and when it would arrive. They said they would check with the driver and call us back and they never did. At one point, I thought I might have to report the car stolen because I could not get an honest answer from Brent our contact at the company. Finally, after the car was 3 days late, Brent said it would arrive the next day by noon and then when it did not arrive he said it would be the next day. At one point, a person in the office said the car was in Arkansas while another said it was in Oklahoma and would arrive in 5 hours. When it did not arrive yet again, I threatened not to pay the full amount because they were so late. Brent said he would speak to a supervisor about the issue and try to resolve it, but when I called again he said he had "left the supervisor a message." Meanwhile, I heard from the driver who was finally 1 hour away from my home. He said that he could not drop off the car unless I paid them in cash the full amount and if I didn't pay the amount he would have to leave my car in storage. Also, the price he quoted was $150 more than what we had agreed. I called Brent again to tell him that he was charging more than was agreed to when in reality he should be providing a discount since he was so late. He said it was a mistake and put the price back to the original agreed upon rate and refused to do anything further. I got the phone number of the supervisor who conveniently did not call me back until I had paid the driver. Because they would have held my car hostage I had no choice but to pay the driver when he arrived. Bottom line is that this company (in particular Brent) lied about the original delivery date, lied about the location of my car, at times withheld information about the car location, lied several times about when it would arrive. I would not have been so angry with the company had they simply told the truth about the deliver date from the beginning which would have allowed me to make proper arrangements to be without a car for so many days. I would not recommend anyone use this company.
