After submitting a quote request online, I recieved dozens of quotes from many different companies. Some of the brokers priced my quote to be too low so that I would call them immediately. While others quoted around the same price as this company and even higher.

The reason why I went with Mercury Auto Transport is because I found them to be very honest and open about the charges, the process involved, and the delivery time. They did not give me false hope of early delivery so that I hand over my credit card.

Keep in mind that there was a snow storm in NY when I requested my vehicle to get transported to New Orleans.

In short. Charlie was very open and honest. He did not promise an exact delivery date, BUT, he still had the car delivered to my place in Louisiana within a week!

I am a student, and I couldn't afford to pay the price that some of the transport companies were asking. Charlie tried to negotiate a price for me. And when he couldn't get the transporter down to an affordable price, he lowered his commission to accommodate my business.

I highly recommend Charlie Steeves as a broker. I wish him best of luck. And I hope that future customers will also have a good experience with Charlie.
