Terrible service - couldn't imagine worse. The representatives are extremely helpful until they've been paid and then they're unwilling to admit you even exist. These people are motivated by their pay check but not willing to help and not honest in their dealings. I would never ever use Mercury Auto Transport ever again and I would discourage anyone else from ever using them.
