If you have never shipped a vehicle before it can be quite daunting, the communication that you get with Mercury removes any concerns that you might have. I have shipped quite a few vehicles throughout my military career so I was familiar with the process and even I was surprised and pleased with how attentive David Hilty was, kept me updated every day so I could plan properly. It felt like he was here with us helping us move, I truly could just let him handle it all for me and dedicate my focus on everything else I needed to do. 10 out of 5 stars in service, if I need to ship a vehicle again its an easy decision, just call up David and call it a day. This was the easiest vehicle shipment I have ever done.
