Misty Stovall was my point of contact. She was the main reason I picked Mercury Transport. At the beginning she provided me with a valuable information about the process. Misty kept informing me about the status of my contract frequently. She was honest about the pricing, explained why the cost might change. When the first contracted driver cancelled, she was prompt in informing me and immediately started a new search for another driver. Within a few days she was able to arrange a new transport. We were very pleased with this driver, the car was delivered as promised. Misty Stovall deserves all credit for this successful transaction. She is professional, curtiious, easy to communicate with. I recommend Mercury Transport.
