William Kuchtiak at Mercury Auto Transport was so helpful in my decision to ship a car from Florida to the Midwest. He explained to me the whole process of booking (first by email, and then on the phone) and answered all my questions. Even though there are not many carriers coming this way, since most are on the East Coast routes, he first submitted a lower bid at my request and then raised it as needed for the carrier to agree to pick it up. I appreciated his communication skills, always keeping in touch and explaining each next step of the process, including by email since that was my preferred method. The emails were easy to read with one action step at a time. The pickup and delivery went smoothly, driver was very nice, and I am so happy to see my Acura! Thanks Mercury Auto Transport!
