Mike was knowledgeable and straightforward. The quote we received is what we paid, not a penny more or less. They gave us an estimate on when we would receive word we had locked in a carrier and within less than 24-hours I had received a call from Jill confirming the carrier and quote we had received. We received confirmation via email including the carrier name and number. The carrier was on time and the entire transaction was handled professionally and went smoothly. I would absolutely use Mercury again and a nod should also go to Exotic Carriers who we have used in the past and are also a professional and reputable company.
