This was my first time shipping a car and I could NOT have better things to say about the experience with Mercury Auto Transport. The price was the best quote I got, the communication was the best, and the delivery time could not be beat - ended up being 4 days from Pittsburgh, TX to Austin, TX. Competitors were charging more and giving me crazy ranges of like 5 - 12 days. My agent at Mercury, Spencer Thomas, was GREAT. Prompt, courteous, and communicated very clearly over text, email, and phone. My driver Dave with Cowboys Transport was AWESOME. Nicest guy ever. He was super responsive over text and phone. We had to coordinate for my car pickup because Pittsburgh roads are a nightmare, and we also had to coordinate for my delivery because he actually beat me to Austin! He was so kind and really went above and beyond. My car arrived in mint condition. I would recommend Mercury Auto Transport and Cowboys Transport in a heartbeat to friends or family.
