We had an awful experience with the carrier Mercury Auto connected us with to move my son's car from Texas to Florida. The communication is real good until something goes wrong. They contracted with Busy Hands Global and they delivered my sons car damaged! The owner of Hands Global will not take responsibility for the damages nor answer or return our phone calls. I don't think Mercury Auto "vetted" this company and now the insurance claim is denied because the carrier will not cooperate with their own insurance company. This is UNACCEPTABLE and now we have to "pay" out of pocket for damages that occurred on their watch! We have been dealing with this since beginning of February. I contacted Jason to let him know what occurred and he assisted with contacting Busy Hands Global but now that the claim was denied, we cannot get a return phone call from either Mercury Auto, Jason Ladd, nor Busy Hands Global. This is the Dishonest corporate world we live in! You have to pay upfront and are at their mercy. Wish I could have left a positive review but our experience was anything but positive. It only brought angst and frustration! If you try calling Mercury Auto to speak with a "human being" , you will be disappointed. You always get a recording and no one calls you back !

Hi Maxine, I am sorry that there were damages to your vehicle. We had our Claims Manager Minta reach out to you back when this first occurred to assist you but she never heard back from you regarding this so we assumed at that time that the carrier was working with you to resolve the damages and that was confirmed to us when you and the carrier provided us your damage claim number and said everything was being processed. Unfortunately since we do not work at the carriers insurance company we are not sure exactly what their full process for filing a claim entails or exactly why your claim was denied by them. We do agree that the carrier not cooperating with you to resolve this after your denied claim is completely unacceptable and I will be speaking with the manager over at "Busy Hands Global" today and be discussing with them if continuing to use them to transport our customer's vehicles after this is still within our company's best interest. If you need any further assistance with this or need any paperwork from us with the carrier's information please let me know as I would be happy to assist you in any way I am able to.  Ilana - Customer Service Manager  ilana@mercuryautrotransport.com 800-553-1828 Ext. 21
