Refuse to return deposit!!

I booked with Mercury Auto Transport and they dispatched my vehicle. After dispatch was confirmed I paid the $150.00 deposit to Mercury but then 1 1/2 hours later the transporter decided he did not want to pickup my vehicle.They never picked it up within 5 business days and as stipulated in Mercury's contract under point 14 I am entitled to a full refund of my deposit. But Mercury refuses to give me my deposit back and has became extremely unprofessional stating they did their job by dispatching my vehicle. My broker Sam Golden said he would turn it over to management and they would get right back to me. After never hearing back from anyone I began calling every contact number I had for Mercury and absolutely no one has returned my call or sent me a text. My experience with Mercury has been a absolute nightmare and I would strongly suggest anyone that be considering using them DO NOT unless you want to give your money to someone and get nothing in return. Hi Gary, we are sorry to hear that your experience with us did not go as you had hoped. in regards to our contract it does state that all customers are entitled to refunds prior to their car being Dispatched to a carrier, but Not prior to it being picked-up by the carrier. I am sorry if there was any confusion regarding that in the contract and apologize for any misunderstanding. Your car was dispatched to a carrier before your order with us was cancelled. It was also not disclosed to us by you that Your vehicle unfortunately had a non-working hand break which meant the vehicle could not be shipped in the same way we originally anticipated as Inoperable vehicles have different requirements for shipping than operable ones. Had we known this was the case from the start we would have been able to better assist you. We are sorry for any inconvenience this transport may have caused you.
