So I contacted the company and spoke to a Jeremy who quoted me a good price and the company had mostly good reviews. I decided on this company since i was literally inundated with quotes from all kinds of companies, but based on a unique difference, they had a blurb on their website with each agent's family photo and something about the employee. I thought this was very nice but it turned out to be a gimmick just to lure you in and seem like they give good customer service. Well quite the contrary, after the initial phone call i was never updated or contacted by this agent Jeremy again. Never again, not once, no phone call, no text, no email, no nothing. You call the main number and nobody EVER answers the phone, ever! I tried 8 times to reach a live person and nada. I left a phone message with an Elana after pressing 7 at the main prompt. But, you guessed it, never heard back from her or anyone at this company. Horrible customer disservice, run away from this company and the faster the better. I will also probably file a complaint with the government agency that regulates these brokers. I am a doctor and expect excellent customer service, but not from Mercury. Run away from them and FAST!
