I have never transported my car, let alone across the country..I interviewed alot of companies and finally went with Mercury after talking to Rich.. Intuitively felt right.. He actually had alot of patience with me since I had to change the date more than once. LOL:) When it finally happened, driver was on time,professional and caring.He actually stayed connected via cell phone .Before it was delivered in less than a week(Pleasantly surprised),driver called to let me know a few days ahead, than the same day and even up to 15 minutes before delivering it.. Once again this driver was professional and polite. My car was abit dusty but everything was in tack and untouched. I'm ecstatic to have had such professionals.
