Things came up during the pick-up and delivery processes, but Roman did a great job with communicating with me and keeping me posted on what was going on, even making the process simple by negotiating with the carrier so no unexpected or unnecessary factors came into the picture. I would, definately, recommend and use Mercury Auto Transport again in the future!
