It was a pleasure working with Mercury Auto Transport. First, let me say this is the second time I tried to transport a car to my son in the marines from RI to WA State. The first car I sent was crushed under a low bridge. So already I am skeptical of the whole process. You will find that once you ask for a quote on the internet you get emails and phone calls from so many brokers you cannot believe it. Trying to find an honest broker is difficult and nerve racking. So I got reimbursed for this car, not what I wanted and not what it would cost me for another vehicle. So now I get another car and start the process over again. I research the brokers as best you can. I though I found a reputable and honest broker, I signed and order with them and he promised I'd have a pick-up on a certain date. He continued to up the price to get the car transported on my date. During this process I got a call from JC at Mercury. He informed me that the date I wanted would not happen and he educated me why and what I should do. We'll he was 100% right. My date came and went. So I called JC at Mercury back he booked my car directly with a carrier, at a much lower price. The car was picked up as agreed on day and delivered in perfect condition on time. My Marine got his car yesterday. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again. I was not paid to write this review. I just want others to find this company and use their service. I was overjoyed to her my sons voice when he got his car!!
