Joel quoted $575 to get my car from Atlanta to Champlain, N.Y. After 5 days without any news from him, he called me saying that "Champlain N.Y. is more to the North then what he taught" and said he could find someone to fulfill the contract for $800. Anyone can Google "Champlain NY" and get the exact city location within 5 seconds. I refused his offer and we finally settled for another truck a few days later, that did the job for $725. That's still $150 (25%) more than what was originally quoted. In the other end, the transport company was Phenix Auto transport and I only have good things to say about its owner, Fred, who was very professional.

Hi Martin, Thank-you for your feedback. Our broker fee on this route was 125.00 and we gave you an additional discount of 125.00. Every carrier will have a different price depending on where they are coming from and what size truck they have. You approved the carriers offer, so we scheduled it as requested.
