Rick and his wife were very nice to work with. Every time I called Rick he was very pleasant and helpful he took some of the stress away in getting my daughter's car to college.
My daughter's car got there later then we expected, but not due to any ones fault. Unfortunately you can not control Mother Nature and there was a hurricane in Florida that set things behind. The car was going to be delivered to the hotel we were staying at as planned, seeing that it was not going to be possible because of weather conditions I called Rick and he assured me that he would make some phone calls find out the status of the car and stay on top of it, so I would not have to worry about anything on my flight back to Florida on Monday. On Monday my daughter's car was delivered to her at the school.
I would definitely used Mastcar Transport if needed in the future.
