x3 new Chevy light pick-ups

I was initially excited to see Marvel Transport accept my Request for Bid Quotes on uSHIP app because I believed they understood me the customer's special considerations listed for transporting 3 new light pick-ups from VA to MI. Yes, I realized it was around the 4th of July and yes, I know they always have a way out by saying 1 to 5 days and i did count business days to account for a little buffer.....BUT it took Much Longer than 5 days to transport Not 1 but 3 trucks from one business origin to one business destination point. I even have an email stating after my concern of not picking them up by the 5th day mark that they were going to pick them up and didn't . It took another 3 days. $1500+ dollars to WAIT. I could have flown 2 people down to VA to drive and towed one back for less money than $1500. I had tried to reasonably talk and discuss my concerns throughout yet knew I was stuck and didn't want to lose my deposit. In the end, they still sub-contracted it out to another Hot-Shot driving company which they could have done in the beginning IF they knew they were not going to get it done in that time frame. Marvel Auto Transport is out to just WIN the BID for them and then make the customer wait. Be very Cautious. Urgent and Expeditious is not there concern.
